Pre-Session Consultation

A pre-session consultation is perfect if you’re wanting to discuss any unique ideas and/or set-up a pre-session payment plan! We will chat about the products, packages, outfits, and everything else to get you fully ready.

This is also a fantastic opportunity to discuss your budget so that we can decide how many sets will be used for your session and so that we can help you select the best lingerie for each change.

This is the perfect time to start a Pre-Session Payment Plan, our most popular payment option! However, you can also set one up over email.

What to Expect

Boudoir is all about YOU! I want you to feel prepared and pampered while with here. Your luxury boudoir session includes the following:

This Client Planner & Style Guide
Professional Hair & Make-up: Your HMUA will ask questions about your personal style and comfort level. False lashes are included.
Your Session: This is it! This is where you slay! This is where you get to let your inner goddess free. Are you ready? Nervous? You’re not alone. I promise those nerves will melt away as soon as you see yourself glammed up. I hand-pick the perfect outfits for each scene & tailors certain scenes based on what I think will look best. I’ll show you how to pose & encourage you the entire time. We have an absolute blast in the studio & can’t wait for you to join us! Sessions last 3-5 hours depending on set add-ons, etc.
Your Reveal & Ordering Appointment: This occurs 2-3 weeks after your session and is when you get to see your fully edited images in color versus black & white. This is when you will be making your purchasing decisions and picking out your products.

Your "Getting Ready" Checklist

Use this checklist as a guide for preparing for your self-love day. You deserve to feel and look your best. These tips will help you do just that!

If you’re unsure of your sizes, get professionally fitted for lingerie. We highly recommend Dillards for this.
Purchase/ Order your lingerie. If you’re ordering from places like Shein they can take a month to arrive. Try on everything when it arrives. Bring at least 4 outfits; feel free to bring more! If you’re using the Client Closet, there is no need to order anything unless you see something you can’t live without.
If you get fillers or botox, make sure that you get these done at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment and don’t go overboard. We want to see those exhilarating expressions and seductive stares come through!
Have your hair touched up and your nails done. For your nails, I recommend sticking to either neutral or dark colors. Avoid anything bright or neon. You’ll want your nails to match every outfit you wear.
Refrain from tanning or getting a sunburn. Spray tans are not allowed in the studio and sunburns are incredibly difficult to edit.
Complete the questionnaire you received via email. This will arrive a week before your session.
If you wax, make sure you do so at least a week prior so any swelling and redness can go down.
Drink plenty of water, stretch, exfoliate, & moisturize. Did we say stretch? STRETCH! We promise this is important and will help with the poses.

The Morning of Your Session

Wash and dry your hair either the night before or the morning of. We also recommend adding a volumizing mousse to your hair before drying to help your curls hold better. Gently clean your face & moisturize.
Wear loose fitting clothing & undergarments to avoid lines on your skin.
Take a moment to yourself, enjoy your favorite morning beverage & food, and breathe.
While tipping is by no means expected and her fee is covered in your session fee, if you feel compelled to tip your hair and make-up artist she accepts cash and Zelle. Most clients tip between $20 to $40.
Arrive to the studio no earlier than 5 minutes before your session. We use this time to finish preparing and eat our breakfast.

After the Shoot

Immediately after your session:

We will schedule your Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
Put Your Reveal Date on your calendar and check your email for a calendar invite, the Investment Menu, Reveal Prep Guide, and confirmation.

Two to three weeks after your session:

Attend your Reveal & Ordering Appointment. Bring a friend or two to celebrate with you!
Realize you’re a goddess, select your images & package, and design your products.

bodysuits

Bodysuits are an absolute must-have lingerie piece! The best part about them is that they look AMAZING on every body type. I recommend bringing several of these.

bra & panty sets

Bringing a bra and panty set (or multiple!) is totally up to your comfort level! We can even pair these with robes or body harnesses. We recommend making sure that these match. Also, boy short undies look AMAZING on everyone. We recommend avoiding the cheap g-strings that come with lingerie.

corsets

If you bring a corset, make sure that it has boning and a shape. Sweetheart necklines are the best. They flatter the girls instead of flattening them. If you plan on bringing one, we highly recommend investing in a quality corset. Cheaply made ones do not look great as they are typically not fitted.

strappy & fishnet

Strappy and fishnet lingerie are phenomenal at adding shape! Strappy lingerie is best when it fits right and doesn’t dig into your skin. Fishnet is fantastic for accentuating and adding curve. We keep multiple styles of this type of lingerie in our client closet.

Your outfits and accessories do not all need to be lingerie. Jerseys, t-shirts, dresses, and denim jackets can all be incredibly sexy. Bring in something that is unique to you!

While you don’t need to bring any extra accessories with you, they are great additions to your outfits.

This includes garter belts, chunky necklaces, bra & body chains, stockings, etc. Thigh-high stockings should be comfortable with no elastic or silicone at the top. Elastic pinches the skin and will leave marks and puckering. If you purchase a pair, make sure it’s one size larger. You can also wear a garter with them if you choose. Fishnet stockings are a great piece as well.

A basic black and nude heel are really all you need. But feel free to bring anything that represents your personality! Make sure the bottom of your heels are not scuffed or dirty.
