We understand that our clients aren’t professional models (although they certainly could be!), and we take pride in guiding you through every step of your journey. Here’s exactly what you can expect when you book your boudoir session with me:
- Personalized Planning and Style Guide:
Once we select your date, you’ll receive a detailed client planner and style guide. This comprehensive resource explains how to prepare for your session—think tips on getting your nails done, your hair touched up, and more. The guide also includes curated examples of various lingerie styles along with my favorite online shopping spots. And if purchasing new lingerie isn’t your thing, you can opt to add-on our exclusive client closet, which offers over 450 pieces in sizes XS to 5XL. - Pre-Session Consultation:
You’ll receive a link to my calendar to schedule your pre-session consultation—either in person or via Zoom. This meeting is all about getting to know each other, discussing your goals, style, and vision for your session. It’s also the perfect opportunity to set up a pre-session payment plan if needed, ensuring that all the details are taken care of well before the big day. - Session Day Preparation:
On the day of your session, we encourage you to arrive in comfortable clothing with clean, dry hair and a makeup-free face. Once you arrive, you’ll change into a provided robe while our professional hair and makeup artist consults with you to determine the perfect look. This relaxed process is designed to put you at ease and prepare you for the transformation ahead. - Lingerie and Set Selection:
While you’re getting your hair and makeup done, I’ll introduce you to our set options and help you choose the lingerie that best fits your vision. If you decide to explore the client closet, you can try on as many pieces as you like! The number of pieces you select will depend on how many different sets you’d like to be photographed in, ensuring each look is uniquely yours. - Guided Posing and Coaching:
Once your hair and makeup are complete and you’ve chosen your lingerie, we’ll move into the heart of your session. I’ll guide you through every single pose and coach you on facial expressions, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident throughout the shoot. My aim is to capture your natural beauty and personality in every shot. - Image Viewing and Celebration:
After our shooting is done, I’ll take about 20 minutes to prepare your images for viewing. We’ll then gather together to view your photos on the big screen—both in color and black & white—so we can celebrate just how amazing you are! This is your time to choose the images that speak to you the most and decide how you’d like to display them. Your selections will then be forwarded to my skilled, all-female editing team for retouching. - Delivery of Your Souvenirs:
Your beautifully retouched images will be delivered via an online gallery within 8 business days. If you have chosen an album, wall art, or other physical products, expect delivery to the studio within 2-4 weeks (depending on what you ordered). For out-of-state clients, we offer convenient shipping directly to your home, ensuring you can relive this empowering experience wherever you are.
